General Information

1. We try to keep the shoots as informal as possible to capture pets as they normally are.

2. Pets are unpredictable, if you have a particular shot or image in mind please make sure your pet is able to repeat the action or pose reliably and if possible on command.

3. We shoot in the style you see in our portfolio. We will always attempt to tailor the photos and composition to suit your request and possible placement of canvas, metal or framed print but we are not able to replicate all styles including those of other photographers. Please supply any reference photos you would like but keep in mind the style you see in the portfolio.

4. Please let us know in the booking notes if your pet has any allergies or traumas that need to be kept in mind while shooting. This includes dietary requirements as your photographer will carry treats.

5. The photographer will consult with you beforehand about expectations from the shoot and if you have any particular shots in mind. We can also supply samples of the different physical mediums for you to inspect.

6. All finished digital products will be 20 megapixel or larger (6000x4000) unless agreed upon prior.

7. Digital products will be available by download link from a secure self-hosted server and will be accessible by you from anywhere with a browser. The link can be password protected if you would like, simply let us know.

8. Print products will require up to a week to be processed, they will be either hand delivered or sent Australia post in appropriate packaging.

9. We can customise all packages and options and work to what you have in mind but this will also come with custom pricing if great changes are needed.

10. All images and prints are provided with the expectation they meet and exceed expectations, if they fall short we will revise until they do or a refund will be provided.
